The Concept Plan Report was distributed to the City of Hood River Planning Commission at their meeting on January 16, 2018 (cover sheet, draft process road map).

The planning commission discussed revisions to the "process road map" during a second work session on February 20, 2018 (February 20, 2018 process road map).

On March 19, 2018, public hearings were opened by the City Planning Commission to:  A) begin reviewing a set of proposed amendments to the City's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances that are not associated with the Westside Area Concept Plan (File Nos. 2018-05 and 2018-06); and, B) begin the process of reviewing the Westside Area Concept Plan Report and making refinements to it, eventually resulting in amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan and development code that may be applied in the Westside study area and throughout the city (File No. 2018-07).  More information is available here:

The March 19th hearing on the Westside Area Concept Plan Report (File No. 2018-07) was continued to May 21, 2018.
